Israeli electricity supply sector was semi-privatized last year and now there are multiple "virtual" electricity providers that offer various discount plans: "night discount", "family", "flat discount" etc.

For the obvious reasons no company will shoot its own leg and suggest you the best rate for YOU, cutting their profits. So, I found myself guessing which one is best for me and at first guestimate a "goldilocks" 2pm-8pm 18% package.

However, being a data-driven decisions advocate (and a code geek), I decided to accept the challenge and calculate the most accurate package for my needs.
